As I was speaking with someone I realized I had spent too much time on the problem and five seconds on the remedy. When I was done she sat there staring at me. People don’t want to hear negative they know their mistakes already. Note to self: cut to the chase with the remedy then spend time with examples on how to make the remedy a reality. Perhaps some can handle the one line remedy delivery style but looking back I see more words of training on
“HOW to get thru” instead of
“WHY you got there” will bear fruit that will produce.
