Hurt Repeats

If a person that has been hurt by the church starts ministering or starts a ministry without being healed, they end up behaving the same way as the person who hurt them.  Kind of like the son who was beat by his alcoholic dad.  The son promises he will never drink or behave like his father and then ends up doing the exact thing to his son.  Your ministry will not flourish until you forgive and grow from your past hurts.
